Not every mother wants her birth photographed — and that's completely valid. Birth photography is for the woman who already knows she'll want to remember this day in detail. The fierce concentration of labor. The exact face her partner made when the baby arrived. The way the light fell across the room at 4am.

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE

Quiet, present, never intrusive

When you book birth photography with me, I'm on call for you starting at 38 weeks (or earlier, if needed).  When labor begins, you call me — and I come.

I work quietly. I stay out of the way of your medical team. I'm there to document, not to direct or interrupt anything. You labor as you would have without me there. I simply make sure that this moment, the most extraordinary moment of your life, doesn't disappear.

I document the hours of labor, the moment of birth itself, and the first golden hour with your baby — when everything in the world becomes still.

Or — Fresh 48

If full birth coverage feels like too much (or your baby is already on the way), I also offer Fresh 48 sessions. These take place in your hospital room or at home within 48 hours of your baby's arrival — before you've left the bubble of those first quiet hours, while everything still feels brand new.

Fresh 48 sessions are gentle, intimate, and capture so much of what makes the first day unforgettable: the baby's tiny hospital bracelet, the way you keep staring at their face, the older sibling meeting them for the first time.

Because birth photography is by nature unpredictable, all packages are quoted individually after our consultation.

WHEN TO BOOK

As early as you'd like — and no later than 32 weeks

I limit the number of birth clients I take each month, to ensure I'm fully available when your labor begins. Please reach out as early in your pregnancy as you'd like — many clients book in their first or second trimester.
